Project Description
For SHRM-Atlanta’s SOAHR 2020 Conference I created a cohesive marketing and branding campaign – twice! 🙂 Our conference was scheduled for March 2020 but due to the pandemic we had to pivot and move it to a virtual conference in the fall. The theme of the conference was “Unleash The Future” so I created a brand with a futuristic feel. The cohesive marketing campaign included:
- Brand design (Illustrator)
- Website design (WordPress)
- Virtual conference platform design (Swapcard)
- Email marketing (via Mailchimp)
- Attendee marketing (via Swapcard)
- Print marketing (booklet mailer; postcard)
- Conference Program Guide – 72 pages (created in Indesign)
- Social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Pre-event PDF Conference Guide
- Event signage for in-person version (Entrance unit; registration desks; all session room signs)
- Grassroots marketing efforts (utilizing volunteers)
